At Astralmyst Studio, we want you to feel aligned and confident with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns on Spiritual Services

Due to the personalized nature of our spiritual services, including tarot readings, energy consultations, and digital content:

🔮 All spiritual services are final and non-refundable.

Once a booking is confirmed or content is delivered, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.

2. No Returns on Personalized Products

All crystal bracelets, energy sets, and ritual kits that are customized, intuitively chosen, or blessed are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@astralmyst.studio with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit if eligible.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken

  • The wrong item was sent

  • You contacted us within 3 days of delivery

  • You did not use or wear the product

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or store credit, depending on your case.

5. Return Shipping (If Applicable)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

  2. Contact your credit card company

The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
