Thank you for shopping with Astralmyst Studio. Below is our current shipping policy for all physical orders.

1. Processing Time

  • All physical orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

  • Custom or intuitively selected products (e.g., crystal bracelets) may require an additional 1–2 days for energy blessing or preparation.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

  • Australia

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Times

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

5. Digital Products & Consultations

  • Tarot readings and spiritual consultations are delivered via email or scheduled remote session.

  • You will receive your reading within 24–72 hours, depending on the service tier.

📩 No physical shipping applies to digital or consultation services.

6. Order Tracking

Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you have not received it within 5 business days, please contact us.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Astralmyst Studio is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
